At my website we have laundry/dry cleaning service providers. Each laundry/dry cleaning service provider has a profile. Each profile has basic information such as Business Name, Description, Type of Services, web site, etc.
Now, if the service provider offers their services in more than one city I want that service provider to have the option of entering more cities/towns.
In other words, each service provider should be able to enter more cities besides their physical address city.
So if I was a service provide I would go to the edit page form and from there have the option to enter more cities.
If my physical address is Philadelphia, PA I will like to enter University City, Old city, Bucks County etc. Or if my physical address is Bronx but I also offer services in New York City, Queens, Brooklyn I want to be able to add these cities too.
Now, when service providers add a new city, I want that city to be shown on the front page.
Currently the front page links to users physical address city. If you choose to add a new table in the database for the additional cities you will need to figure out how to interrelate two tables.
Your work will revolve around:

3. Front page (i guess [url removed, login to view]) and,
4. Entering a new table under the current database.
