Add ticket number to Wordpress Raffle Tickets that have already been purchased

We started a raffle in October 2020 and the person who implemented the Raffle Generator system on Wordpress didn't set it up so customers would get individual ticket numbers under their orders. Ie: If someone purchased 5 tickets they should receive 5 individual ticket numbers under their order number, so they have 5 chances to win. From October to December, customers only received a single order number.
We need someone who can go on the platform and automatically add ticket numbers to the orders that have already been made. We can't do this manually (too many of them), or off site (the winner has to be drawn on the platform).
We then need to blast email all customers with their ticket numbers.
Please let me know if you can help me with the above. The matter is urgent.
