We have an admin built for a client. This uses Logitec data pens to send a png file to the server which then files the png file on the admin. The pen associates the png file to various customers from the png file name. The customers can log in and see their png files (these are visit reports as part of contracts).
The client wants to add a category for jobs that are not contract, but one off visits (not part of a contract), so we need the one off visit png files to display under a different category called "Jobs". Again customers can log in and see their png files under the jobs category.
The admin was designed in PHP with a MySQL database on a Linux server. The client recieve the png files then emails them to an address on the server which puts them on and references the customer number etc. However, these job png files can be manually uploaded and the client can "assign" them to a customer and add in any other info, such as visit date etc if this makes the job easier.
I have uploaded a screenshot of the client admin, the customer login admins are similar.
