affiliate integration in our php script

I purchased affiliate pro script and it's install on our server

this is affiliate script help document

what i want to is integrate affiliate script with our site by adding embaded code

like

1. user signup on affiliate site [login to view URL]

2. generate his link

3. affiliate promote his link and bring users

4. when user buy product from our website affiliate get commission

we will use 5-6 level of affiliate level 1 = 20%, 2 = 10%, 3 = 6% ...so on
