We need to take some DATA from an API and show it following a PSD template that we will supply. We need to show the info in a simple HTML URL. We need to refresh the data every X time, or when anything changes but we cant call the API data every time the web URL is called. This website will be called by multiple devices and we are not allowed to consume the API data on every load per every device. We need to somehow refresh the data internally and consume our URL.
