My Required Changes:
1. We have students who pay their fees monthly, quarterly or annually or after 2 or 3 months. What I want is to search students by their fee package option i.e. When I should select monthly, list of all students from the college should be displayed who have chosen the monthly payment option with students who haven't paid their dues yet should be highlighted in [login to view URL] search option for quarterly,annually or any other fee option.
2. Fee should be automatically calculated along with late fee fine upon entering the fee option for the student. There should also be options for adding any other charges with fee with description and the fee should be updated. Auto Late Fee Fine addition to student's fee after due day is passed. Admin should have the option of reducing the fine.
3. Print of FEE receipt option from admin panel.
4. A summary of the total fee paid monthly, yearly or quarterly with unpaid fee details as well with print option from admin panel.
5. When a student's profile is opened, his attendance in % , fee details (Due & paid with last paid fee date) , all past results & his contact # should be displayed.
[login to view URL] tab should be placed at the top & should have red dot whenever something new is placed in [login to view URL] for admin whenever fee becomes due or attendance becomes very low or result % becomes less.
[login to view URL] , quarterly & yearly summary all paid & pending fees by students. List of all students from the college whose fee is pending should be displayed on one page with One Click message sending option for all.
[login to view URL] saving attendance marking system .i.e we just have to mark absent students & remaining students should be automatically marked Present.
[login to view URL] with different privileges i.e Admin, accountant, staff member with different privileges.
Payment Terms and Conditions:
50% of the project fees once the project is completed and final apk given to us for testing.
50% of the remaining project fees after the testing and changes completed and source code given to the customer.
Revenue Generation Options:
There are several ways to generate the revenue from the app
Place advertisement in the app
Sell the app to any school/tuition class/ university and ask them onetime fee or take per student fee every year.
Extras:
You are bound to provide us full documentation on how to use & make minor changes to app source code & admin panel. 1 month free support any technical & functionality issues with assistance on uploading the app to Playstore & hosting server.
