We need a purchase order approval web based system. Below are the features that we require.
- Options to add users and assign them user roles (Eg. GM, Manager, Purchasing Dept etc)
- When a PO is submitted, it goes to the next personal for approval and so on.
- Every time a PO is approval or rejected, an email will be generated notifying the next person
- Once the PO is approved by the last person (Eg. GM) then it goes back to the PO raiser to go ahead with Email notification.
- Need the ability to add items and pick them from a drop down.
- Rejected PO should go with a message.
