I'd like someone to offer me a solution to enable me to automatically populate "event" data inputted from an online form (either a google form or HTML) into an calendar (google or otherwise)?
The "online" data capture form would only need to be a simple
one containing the following fields:
Contact Phone Number:
My idea is that I email out the link to this "online" form and then
as people complete the form and submit the results this automatically
updates an online calendar.
At the minute it's becoming an increasingly time consuming job for
me to "sift" through received emails and then manually update a
calendar several times a day. Plus of course the fact that I'm re-typing
information could always lead to the possibility of human error.
High security isn't a great concern as the link will only be
emailed out to around 100 "trusted" people and in turn
each person will only perhaps be adding 20-30 events
I am of course open to suggestions on any alternative ways of
achieving a similar result,
The simpler and smaller the cost the better as this work is being
undertaken for a charitable institution.
hi, if it is really for charity I would be glad to help. I am an experienced programmer it wouldn't hurt to help someone out. please don't hesitate to contact me. regards Alejandro
