Betfair/Smarkets odds feed program

Hello, I need a program to process odds feed data. Basically it needs to compare the back odds of bets within search parameters from my bookie (1xBit) with the lay odds at the exchanges (Betfair & Smarkets).
With the data the program needs to show me a list of the highest rated bets within the search parameters. The rating of a bet is simple to calculate, just divide the back odds by the lay odds.
The bets will be on the basic markets. Just the win markets really.
I will include a photo of an example of what I mean. You will see that it shows a list of potential bets. It shows the full details of the bet (date, time, event,bet, type and rating)
All of this info is necessary.
All of the odds feed data is provided by the owners.
