I'm Brazilian and I need to develop a bitcoin receipt system that withholds fees.
Currently I already have the system for receiving [login to view URL] itself, however I need to collect fees from my customers and I would like every payment to go through me, discount the fee and then send it to the customer's wallet.
Example:
Let's assume that my fee is 0.5%, when a user makes a payment of 1000 dollars, these bitcoins go through my system and I keep 5 dollars (0.5%) and the rest (995 dollars) is automatically sent to the owner's wallet of the system.
