Build backend and modules for SmartHR themeforest template

Job Description:
We are looking to build the backend and modules for the template we purchased on Themeforest.
We are looking for a Human Resources panel for the Company Owners and Employees.
Employees will have all their personal info about employment, Emergency contact, Pay rate, Pay slips, Daily Attendance with IP tracking when they start for the day and end the day on the specific project. End of the week, employees can click a button on their weekly hours, and it will generate an invoice and email it to the owner. Employees cannot manually edit hours.
We also need a section on the owner panel and employee panel for Time/Material slips and Change Orders
On the time and material section for a project, employee can enter what they did with photos and the hours it took and the material used, it will then send the owner to enter the pricing, Owner can then forward to general contractor for signature through digisign or any other signature method
Each project the employee is allowed to view will have all the different change orders that we upload, so they can stay up to date on what work is approved or pending or denied
