As an online medical devices distributor, I need to build a chatbot for our e-commerce website and facebook page.
Following are the requirements for chatbot:
1. Check the order status: Checking the status of the order by taking Order number as input from the customer. Order status would include details such as payment confirmation, whether the order has been shipped or not, any type of delay in delivery.
2. Product Enquiry: Check the details of the product enquired by the customer. The details would include product availability, cost, delivery time.
3. Ticket Creation: Create support tickets for customer queries such as refund/return.
4. Refund/Return Status Check: Check the status of customer's return/refund order. These are concerned in case of faulty/wrong products delivered.
5. Customer Care: Provide customer care number based on types of queries. Currently, there are five departments handling specific issues.
The chatbot should be able to fetch data from the in-house database(Post Gres SQL) and show information to the user.

Website platform: Magento
There are APIs available for Odoo ERP which can be used to connect IBM Watson.
We would provide functional specifications and credentials for the database. Also, our team would help in training the bot.
