I need to create an automated appointment confirmation and follow-up voice broadcast call, by integrating our CRM (Keap), with the online communication platform Twilio. I am looking for a developer with specific Twilio experience to configure the HTTP posts, the API, as well as capture call input to post the results back to the CRM.
The ultimate goal of the project is to create a "builder script" where we can configure future calls with no coding needed. I have uploaded a video attachment to this project, showing what I mean by a "builder app".
After phase 2, there will most like be continued improvements and development.

So this project has two phases.
Phase 1. Configure a quick appointment confirmation API between our CRM and Twilio, triggered by an HTTP Post from our CRM. The voice broadcast will be "pre-recorded message>twilio text to voice>prerecorded message>twilio text to voice>user touch-tone responses = post the call result and responses pack to CRM.
Phase 2. Develop a "call builder script/website" where we can set the parameters, similar to the above call, choosing which messages, Twilio text to speech, fields, etc. through a U.I. See the uploaded video for an overview of the call builder concept.
