This is scheduling management WordPress project, Which needs to be complete in 2 days only. We will provide you template from our side. You need to make it ready as explained below.
Website Registration Process for Classes (student-view)
Step 1: Student come to our website
Step 2: Student views several classes options and clicks on desired class.
Step 3: (1st click) Click sends him to Class Information and here he will see a “SCHEDULE” call-to-action button. He clicks on call-to-action button to view schedules.
Step 4: (2nd click) SCHEDULE click sends him to class schedules. The schedules will have filter options; however, the selected class will already have been pre-selected by class type. At the same time, the student may change selection using 3 filters. The 3 filters would be:
(1) Course Type
(3) Start Date
Here he will see a “REGISTER” call-to-action button to continue with registration.

Step 5: (3rd click): REGISTER click sends him to registration page that has 3 functions.
(1) Form to collect student information and collect payment/billing information
(2) Floating summary box showing: class type, date, location, price…selected.
(3) Offer “add-on” services/products to increase sales. Any “add-on” would be in the form that student is filling-out.
After all information is entered, he will click SUBMIT to finish registration.
Step 6: (4th click) SUBMIT click charges $$ and sends student to a confirmation page containing his/her class receipt with e-signature required. Student will see options to PRINT or EMAIL receipt or go to HOMEPAGE. We currently are using [url removed, login to view]
to create receipt with e-signature. I want to see how we can integrate our receipts
with [url removed, login to view] to make it 1 step.

Step 7: Email is sent to student and ALFA office with registration details. Email will have receipt with e-signature attached.
Step 8: Reminder text and/or email is sent to student 24-hours before class start date/time. Student would have already chosen preferred method of reminder during registration.
