Taxi booking eCommerce website, fully automatic functional from data entry to payment [login to view URL] website must have following features, pickup, dropoff, date, time, via, return trip?, number of passengers, number of bags - these are the points for the customer to get initial fare estimation or quotation
Next step should be selection of the vehicle/s and any extra services selection like meet & greet, baby seat/s or any other special requirement which definitely cost them extra and will add in total fare.
After the top process, customer will select the vehicle accordingly and click on book now button after finishing their contact information... few information will be necessary if the pickup is from airport/s, seaports etc their flight number kind of stuff
Payment gateway: After clicking on book now - system should take customer to the next payment page, you can use strip and paypal for the convenience or discuss later the best option. Once customer put all information about the card payment, system should confirm the journey by sending email along with official invoice.

Driver:
Manually dispatching the job will process, once we got the confirmation email and customer journey confirmed - system should allow to send the job to the driver through text or email or may be little app which connects with the system and as soon as office allocate the driver, customer should receive automatically driver's full details so that they can contact the driver in case of any service delay etc...
Once driver complete the job, will that be possible again for the system to send review feedback email - there will be only few 3/4 questions.
Please let me know the your final cost, service after completion period and the deadline.
Once you have completed the project, I should receive the full php file or whatever language use are going to use for my own in-house maintenance purposes.
Few more things to keep in your mind, theme should be accurate I mean industry related, location finder for customer should be very ease like google api is best, website should be light and quick to upload even with lighter internet connection, fully secured from hacking or all other stuff..
Admin panel:
Features which I want should be there like, fare setting - base fare, per mile, per minute, meet & greet charges setup, baby seat/s set up, night fare, application of fare category up to certain distance and then after fare should reflect different like if the customer is going for a longer distance - in this case we should be able to set the lower fare or discounted fare kind of stuff... m sure you will get all this features in accurate theme selections.
