we wish to develop a solution to help automate and manage Employee Commission and Reporting with following requirements for initial MVP:
1. Backend to Import Data from two data sources which will be in .csv format.
2. Business Rule Automation for Products, Employees, Contractors, based on Customizable Commission Structure
3. Reporting based on Products, Employees, Contractors
4. Approval Process to ensure accurate payouts
5. KPI and Reporting for Employees using Dashboards and reports
5. Solution to be deployed on CPM Virtual Server (to be purchased by CPM)
6. Ability for Employees to Submit Expenses for Approval
Also this is a solution that will need to be built from scratch, including UI/UX and system design and deployment plan.
