Build a web app for the subscription of a recipe and ingredients delivery service. The client subscribes to weekly, monthly or longer periods during which she will receive every Monday the recipes and the ingredients for the week's meals for her home cooking. There are 3 categories of recipes, all of them for Bio food: Fish/meat, vegetarian and Zero Waste Food.
The client specifies for how many people each recipe is for and how many recipes she wants per week. The subscription can be interrupted, paused or stopped at any time for the end of the current period (week).
The recipes are provided by local chefs to be identified which receive either free publicity through the web app or payment for the recipes. The recipes are collected by the website owner/operator via separate system and then integrated into the web app on regular, weekly bases.
The ingredients for the recipes are provided by local supermarkets or other suppliers and are shipped directly to the clients. A separate system takes care of coordinating the orders to the supplier for each client, where the website owner/operator provides name and quantity of the ingredients and the delivery address and date. The supermarket/supplier invoices the ingredients to the website owner who charges the price for the ingredients and delivery through the subscription price.
For recurring ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, butter, flour, sugar, olive oil, vegetable oil etc. the client can either receive a free pack at the start of the subscription, order a basic ingredients packs.
The subscription service uses PayPal as the payment gateway for use with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners etc.
The web app will be built on responsive design methods to present itself at best on Android and iPhone mobile phones, android or iPad tablets, notepads, portable and desktop computers. For ease of system administration (e-commerce, subscriptions, addition/creation of new recipes, pages, offers etc) the website should be based on a CMS such as WordPress.
