I am looking to have a website built that has similar functionalities of existing peer-to-peer marketplaces. For example, Airtasker ([login to view URL]), TaskRabbit ([login to view URL]) etc.
These marketplaces enable users to outsource everyday jobs. Users describe the task that they need doing, indicate a budget, and then users bid to complete the task.
A user posts a job they need completed, setting a suggested payment as well as any details needed to make a decision. Other users can post their interest in completing the task along with their own suggestion on the payment amount. The user who posted the task can make a decision on whom to award the task based on the applicant's profile, task history, and ratings.
The platform allows private communication between the parties.
Each member has a profile/account, and here they can see how much funds they have; funds can be uploaded from their bank account or received for performing jobs on the platform.
The website will be monetized in a percentage based manner. For example, person one
agrees to pay person 2 for a job. This money is moved to a (virtual) holding account. Once the job is
completed, and both parties agree, the money is moved to person 2's profile/account. Person 2 can then move this to their own bank account or use back on the platform.
It is free for users and applicants to join the platform. The Sign Up will require details such as preferred payment method, bank details, and an ID identification process which can either be a Passport or NZ Drivers License.
Estimate of timeframe:
Week 1: Requirement gathering
Week 1-3: Mock Up Designs, Brand Identification, Layout establishment.
Week 3-18: Development
Week 18-20: Testing and bug fixing
Week 20: Go live

Website Platform Development -
Once the designs have been approved, we will
then start the development according to the
blue print. This stage is developing everything

API's that are required and developing the
systems and processes.
