I looking for a programmer and webdesigner that can programming and developing a social networking plattform with payment options. The plattform will be activate in Greece (Europe).It have to develope a front end, the backend, payment services (google play, creditcard, online banking and paypal), the option to send money to the customers after confirming, a private area, profil, the option to agree contacts, edit my profile (the user profiles), published orders, offers with a bidding function, the option to administrate the publishment, settings, my account, an email integration system with messages and notices, edited pages, banner and advertise boxes and the possibility for the admin to manage, edit and operate the informations. It will includes functions as share, refer, review, views and rate, send messages, settings, integrate blog, lists, search about user, order, offers, advandage serach area, membership. I I will send moqu ups to you. I need consultation and putting down own ideas for the webdesign and the information architecture.
The technologies that i need are for example Linux Installation, Framework: Drupal
WebDesign: UI/UX, Individual-Design, responsive Databank: mySQL,Technology:Open Source Framework, HTML 5, Javascript, Ajax.
Or Django (Python), framework for better connection rest api the languages as HTML, CSS, JavaScript can integrate easy.
A mobile app with fluture was to be developed for this purpose.
The project creating phases will be:
Phase -1
1. design Android static UI for all pages.
2. design React static UI for all pages
Including logo designs.
UI/UX development, interaction and collaboration for mobile app (that will develope in fluture) as well as website.
With N number of changes before starting the second phase only.
Before the acceptance of the different phases, a test is performed in real time on the customer's screen
Phase-2
3. design of the database schema (establishing relationships between tables): -
4. configure Node.js server and create rest API's

5. creation of a dynamic Android user interface
6. creating the dynamic user interface of the React application.
