We need a website for a new small business that sells certificates of participation to youth sports teams as opposed to participation trophies. We need someone to build a website that can automatically generate certificates with information people input into a form (team name, team colors, players' names, etc.) without having an employee design the certificate. The website should be able to take form information and make a certificate that people can pay to print out. Ideally, there would be several templates that users could choose from when making their certificate. It should be able to accept secure payments. After the website is built and designed, it should be made in such a way that it can be managed in the future by someone with no programming experience.
