Small residential construction company requires a database which will mesh with CRM, mail marketing and website. We want this built this utilizing the Zoho suite of software available within our Zoho One subscription. Currently we use Salesforce, Google Docs/Drive, Microsoft Office and our website is WIX based.
The focus of this project is to assemble a web based experience giving our prospects access to product choices and "on the fly" pricing for their project. We have the following requirements;
CRM: We currently use Salesforce however find it is not suited for what we envision. We will be transferring our data from Salesforce to Zoho CRM in the near future.
Automated project pricing: Though we have streamlined this process using our current software tools, we find the “hands on” aspect of our current method limits our reach. The next step is a database built with Zoho Creator.
Email Marketing Automation: Currently we send marketing emails individually, but this has proven cumbersome and time consuming. Our vision is to generate automatic follow-up email marketing mailers from preset conditions within the project bidding database.
Website and Mobile integration: We envision giving our prospects the ability to access and update pricing for various products through a website portal. This element is key and may require a whole new website or simply something that can be plugged into our existing WIX platform.
Fortunately, much of the “heavy lifting” has already been completed in anticipation of this project. We are now ready for someone skilled with the Zoho suite of products to assemble this and make it work. We would like to start with the Creator database/CRM/Email marketing as these is the most important aspects requiring the most thought. Once that is completed, we can then concentrate on website/Mobile integration.
Our ideal timeline to launch is within 60 days of commencement.
