-Realtime Monitor - here we can see the agents realtime
-Scoreboard - Overview of top 10 agents
-Manage Dialer - Here i can give a boost to dialer & and the list what i have imported, i can choos to call randomize or begin with the oldest data or with the new imported data etc.
-Manage Resultcodes - I can add here a resultcode to any projects what i have selected.
-Search Records - I can find here any record in the database per project.
-Search CDR - with the phone number i can see a record when its called and how many time its called by the dialer.
-Download Recordings - I can download here records from the server.
-Recordings - i can listen here the whole conversation and even edit the resultcode of this client (what i mean with edit is example: From sale i can set it to Negative or canceled)
-Inbound Monitor - I can see here who is calling for the inbound but i can see this agents also in outbound real time monitor. only in inbound monitor can i see the inbound agents.
-Allow Incoming Line - I can choose here which project to allow the inbound and choose the agent who can get only the inbounds

-Delete Data - i can import data and the system only reads the data, and i can select headers from the file and database and say, if the phone number excist then set all to resultcode: Sale.
-Update Imported Data - I can update the updated phone number by selecting the headers of the file and DB and updating the list into the DB

-Deduplicate Blacklist - Reading the file and exports the file that does not excist in BlackList
-Email Templates - Each campaign can add a mail template and in this section they can set up the mail adres and the email template that has to be send, but the mail template can also be personalised

-Script Editor - Here we can make the scripts and add almost any option with HTML/PHP but the resultcodes must be selected in this Script Editor. when the script is done, you can select this script in "Manage Projects"

-Agent Groups - i can add here agents in groep.. we have 4 callcenters in citys so we can add each agent in a group with the name of the citys
-Logged In Time - i can see here the whole time they logged in
-Agent Hours - i can see which days the agent has logged in
-Resultcodes Report - here i can see between date filters and projects (each projects has different resultcodes) and see here like 77 voicemails 120 not interested
-Batch Report - here i can see how good the imported data is.
