I need a simple online care home management system tool. Need to be able to enter resident details, conditions, care plan, risk assessments and admin docs into the app with ability to produce a the attached document.

• Occupied rooms data, with prices per week, active/inactive, be able to run reports into excel providing revenue data for specific dates.
• Tool with tick boxes/high cells for risk assessments
• allow multiple user accounts, with difference levels of access, i.e. admin, read only etc
• Allows users to search for the best hotels in a country/city based on the previous customer feedbacks and ratings received and stored in the database
• be able to load resident photos, and front end tool with grid of rooms,photos, that users can drill down into
• both desktop and tablet friendly version.
