change e-mail settings in php script

This project should be easy!

I have a php script that sets up a 3 step web page. You can try it here:

[url removed, login to view]

The admin panel allows me to put in an account number to an autoresponder service that captures information when someone fills out the form. The problem is that I don't use that peculiar autoresponder service.

What I need is for you to change it so that it will integrate with the one I have. I want it so that when someone fills out the form, it will subscribe the user with their first name and e-mail address to my autoresponder.

You can change this setting in the [url removed, login to view] page which integrates with the [url removed, login to view] page. <?php echo $_common['formseries']; ?>">

Please see the two file attachments.

The section in the setup.php to edit would be:

<a href="#" onclick="return false" onmouseover="return escape(_common['marketerschoice_dia'])"><img src="images/need-help.jpg" width="16" height="16" border="0" align="absmiddle" /></a>
<strong>Auto Responder ID</strong>

My autoresponder subscriber would be sent to

I don't have to have the subscriber name but I do need to sent their e-mail to the autoresponder
