Client's Active Directory integration for SSO with our PHP Application

We are looking for a vendor to integrate SSO with ADFS 3.0 (Active Directory Federation Services from Microsoft) integration with our PHP Application (LAMP stack based)

Our client is using ADFS login. Client users with ADFS should be able login to our PHP application through their AD credentials . We have the [login to view URL], certificate exchanged by the client as input to vendor who can integrate it within our application.

Vendor should have expertise is doing ADFS integration with PHP application.
