Communications (Email, Chat, Calls & texts) Platform - MERN STACK

Job Description:
We have a custom CRM built on MERN STACK. We need a Communications portal where all of our contacts can be sent emails/text/chat/calls in 1 platform. See attached for a view of existing solution (from one of our competitor). We need something similar built with same features shown in the screen shot.
We have an ongoing project and need help with one of the features. This is communications panel where we can chat/email/call/text our clients on 1 screen. We are trying to get that done.
The platform is already built on MERN STACK - so this solution will have to be compatible with our platform technology. All you need to ask a prospect is if they can build a solution to integrate ANY call/email/chat & text APP with our CRM based on MERK STACK
