Calling all ZOHO CRM Experts!
We currently use NetSuite for our full ERP system including CRM however we find the CRM and quote / deals side of things not so user friendly.
We are wondering if we can tailor ZOHO CRM to our needs and use for the CRM / Sales process side and to use NetSuite for Invoicing / Inventory Side of the business.
To describe our business we are a small business that does more small transactions rather than big project based sales. We like to follow all of our quotes and leads completely until we WIN them.
The aim is that the sales team and customer service team would not need access to NetSuite but would just use a very user-friendly CRM and Order / Proposal Entry Interface which drives the data back into NetSuite where required. We do not want it to be too much information overload –AS simple as possible.
User Friendly Dashboards and a Sales Pipeline is a must also with the use of the ZOHO app for Android and iOS devices.
In short we want our accounts teams and stock control / Dispatch Teams to use Netsuite and our Sales Team and Customer Service Team to use ZOHO CRM.
To do this we need to be able to create a proposal in ZOHO CRM and be able to roll it to a NetSuite Sales Order.
An important requirement is that we need to pull sales data from NetSuite into Zoho to view sales history and products purchased etc for a complete customer snapshot.
Before we proceed with anyone we will need to see a detailed proposal of how you think you can implement this and show visuals of how this will work.
