connect to microsoft access data base

I need a php page that will connect to a simple access database which contain 2 column.

the page will show on browser and will contain one field and 2 button( one for search and the other for show all data):

1. run a query on table if he search button is clicked

2. all the data from the table

3. option to add a row

[login to view URL] to delete row

5. show the sum of rows on table.
