We are a small home service company. We have the layout for all front end pages that will be provided in .psd files. There are currently 20 fully designed pages. (15 of the main site and 5 for the blog section). We have also created all popup messages and tasks that are needed.

I will be available 100% of the time during the project to answer questions, provide guidance and make any design changes needed. This is not my first web development project so I have a good understanding the process.

I’ll provide you a very basic idea from the stand point of the customer
1.)We offer a service that requires us to physically go out to jobsites and complete this work.
2.)Clients call or visit our website to learn about our service
3.)If they want to hire us they can do that directly from the site / If they have more questions than they can contact us (website)
4.)We allow the clients to schedule their appointments (which are set up in time blocks) the availability and parameters of those time blocks are set by the admin.
5.)Now that they are clients of ours and we might not even see them on site we want to make sure that they are being informed on all the steps we take to complete their service. This means automated emails upon concern actions being completed on their account from the backend
6.)If they have not already paid for their service they have to option to pay us online (which we prefer and will encourage them to do)
7.)After we complete the job we provide documentation or reports. Which we will load in the backend and it will automatically send notification to client and other involved parties.
8.)The client visits the website and can download the documents by entering a couple credentials that verifies that this is the doc they need to view. (They would never have to create an account – we will explain this in the full documentation later on
9.)Follow up emails get automatically generated and the process repeats itself.
The admin panel is our control center in other words. The super admin would be able to manage content, customer accounts, sub admins and basically everything else. The Employee admins would only be able to manage customers they are linked to and see data that is relative to their admin account.
1.)Potential client comes our site and completed a form. That form is basically creating an account (without log in credits) so that we can manage this customer from a lead to completed sale.
2.)The admin reviews the info and approves or rejects it. If approved they would assign an employ to this lead.
3.)An approval does not equal sale or even customer status at this point. It’s just a verification that this person is really a human and is interested in our services
4.)We contact the lead, they verify and the automation process starts.
5.)Each time we update certain activities at this point the client and anyone third parties they wanted to receive the notice will get updates.
6.)In short, once the last and final report has been uploaded the account can be marked complete and achieved.
