Converting a design into a perfect website

Hy everyone,
I am a young entrepreneur looking forward in finding a great developer for a long term partnership in helping me to achieve my goal. Shortly I want to offer only the best web products that money can buy at the moment. So this project that i am posting would be a test to the developer chosen to se if we can establish a long term partnership for future projects to come.
Now i am offering a simple web project which consists in:
- creating 2 web themes in HTML and WORDPRESS ( 2web designs converted in HTML and Wordpress theme)
- I provide the designs and a clear documentation of functions and plug-ins to integrate
- the developer must create a clear and detailed documentation for the final user to be able to use the theme with out no coding skills
- both in HTML and WordPress version need a short video explaining the usage of sliders and in the wp version the theme settings as well
My expectation from the developer:
- commitment
- delivery on time
- quality great knowledge of WP and HTML and Woo commerce and SEO
- familiar with java scripts and integration of them
- creating java scripts
- AJAX
The candidates that wants to submit to the project pls submit:

- established time for creating the 2 themes
The themes includes the folowing:
- 1 landing page
- 5 homepage design
- 1 or 2 version for about us page
- multiple contact forms
- 2 online shop design
- blog and post design
- 2 or 3 version of contact page
- short codes page
- pages approx between 20-30 / theme
- masonry and grid design
- portfolio page and plug-in
