Please provide quote for following: Wordpress Theme based on version 4.2.0-037 and will run on Synology NAS. Site will be used in combination with Blogsy on iPad. Theme must be simple, clean and responsive. An example can be found by downloading the (IOS/Android) app of dutch news site NU.NL. Additional functionality needed (plugin?): menu option presenting all my photos in a directory.
