Create backend code (laravel) for one 2 stepped vue form

Job Description:
We need a Vue Laravel expert to support our coder who can create Created Read Update Delete (backend code, one controller, model) for our one-page (2 steps) vue form with around ten fields (including multi-selects and form repeater) created in vue functional (write composition API vue script section and Laravel controller functions). Relational Database design has also been done. So, basically, it is writing codes for one controller, some models, Vue script section form-data and function code for api connection).
The form is created using metronic vue-laravel theme.
We will provide metronic Laravel+vue starter kit (template), database SQL file and vue form code.
Basically, this is a part of a bigger project, and we are looking for an expert who can help with these snippets. So, there will be further tasks or projects for somebody who completes them satisfactorily. Since it is supposed to be starting project, we are looking for someone who can do the task at an economical cost and quickly (which will show their expertise as well).
Looking for someone who is able to do it quickly (as for a real expert, it should be maybe around 1-day work)
Please do not apply if you do not have vue3+laravel experience and don’t have a high standard coding standard (not for experimentation). Preferably looking for an individual developer rather than a company/recruiter.
There will be more projects if you complete this successfully and with quality.
