Create a dashboard or web portal to send WhatsApp message to a customer (not bulk or spam)

Hello Freelancer, We need to develop a simple app, dashboard OR web portal so that truck drivers delivering orders in Costa Rica could use to send a regular WhatsApp message to the customer expecting the merchandise. The tool will request the customer phone number to send a WhatsApp using the drivers WhatsApp app installed. After requesting the phone number the tool will redirect the driver to a WhatsApp new chat with an autopopulated text (that we should be able to edit/customize from the dashboard). For example, the driver enters the phone number 50670101143 and the tool will redirect to [login to view URL] to send a new chat with auto populated text (see Sample Scenario section step 5 below) Requirements: 1. We need to send that WhatsApp message telling the customer that the merchandise purchased is out for delivery 2. The WhatsApp message will let the customer know that the truck could be locate via a http link out of a platform that is already in production 3. Using a dashboard or web portal, our operations manager should be able to customize the WhatsApp message for each of the drivers so we can change the text and/or format for each driver with the message to send 4. The WhatsApp message should include a link that is specific for each driver so there has to be credentials window so the driver logs in with their credentials so they will differentiate from each other, mostly because the tracking link is unique for every different truck/driver. Sample scenario: 1. Driver opens the app, dashboard or web portal you will create 2. Driver inputs his username and password 3. Next window will prompt the driver for the phone number to send the WhatsApp message 4. Driver inputs 70101143 and hits OK 5. Your tool will automatically launch to [login to view URL] and open the drivers WhatsApp new message with auto populated text saying: "Dear customer, This is an alert letting you know that your purchase at APE is now on your way. My name is XXX and I am your designed driver. If you would like to track my truck/your merchandise in real time please follow this link [login to view URL] Thank you for buying at APE." 6. Driver hits send (regular send button from WhatsApp) Please only responsible, serious and experienced developers. Thank you!
