Create A Demo Using Bluetooth Beacon Technology, What3Words & mapping

I have an application to produce a demo for a large company who will buy my product/service after the demo.
It is a large project and could involve several years of work for you.
The project is to provide monitoring and help for staff who work on a 1Km x 1Km site.
Beacons - each member of staff with have a K21 Beacon (see [login to view URL] )
Gateway - There will ultimately be 200 gateways installed across the site (see [login to view URL])
We will want to place each Beacon on a map using What3Words ( [login to view URL] ) to locate the location of each gateway when installed.
The Beacons will signal to each Gateway they are close to and we want to show on a map where each Beacon is (not exactly but to the closest Gateway).
The initial demo will involve 4 gateways and 4 beacons. Once we have this demo working we will then proceed to add the following features as a second stage:
1. Detect a button press (alarm signal) and raise a flag (Alert)
2. Monitor for lack of movement (no location change) for a period and flag if no movement
3. Send a signal to the Beacon to make a buzz (each beacon has a buzzer) and set an Alert that a request to respond has been made
4. Clear the request to respond if the beacon user presses the button.
Once we have demonstrated this to the customer we will then get the order and develop the full system which will include approximately:
1. 4,500 staff with Beacons
2. 6 site locations with approx 200 gateways per site.
I have all the API documents for all of the Beacons, gateways and also for the What3Words interface.
You must have experience with MQTT and iOT.
