We are a Facility Maintenance Provider we manage repair work that needs to get done in buildings. For example if a toilet gets backed up in a restaurant, the restaurant manager will login to our portal and create a work order to have a plumber come out and unclog the toilet.
Admin will receive the request and assign the work order to a local plumbing company.
The repair company uses the web portal or app to accept the job. Admin now sees the repair company is in route to fix the problem. The repair man automatically has all the information he needs from the portal including the store name address, contact information and service description.
The repair company is able to use the app to update job status. Complete or requires a follow up.
Initial set up process
