Create a Zoho App to integrate Invoicing

We own a local invoice app, and would like to build a Zoho App that creates invoices in our app (via our rest API) whenever necessary.
The integration app would need to make the call to our API each time a new invoice is made, may it be trough the invoice zoho app, or trough the books zoho app.
The integration app would need to provide a configuration page to enter the user Id, public key, and other configuration options (some text inputs and some check fields).
We would provide the API documentation (in spanish mostly, most important pieces translated to english), and a PHP and NodeJS example of implementation.
We would expect to have the app uploaded to the zoho app store so clients can integrate directly.
