I use Zoho One and need some workflows/blueprints in ZohoCRM created to make the following happen.
1. We use template sales emails depending on the email inquiry. When I send a new lead a sales email using one of our templates, I want their status to change from "Not contacted" to "Sales email sent". This way it helps me see who has not been sent a sales email yet.
2. For some fields that are updated i.e. a lead is created and the inquiry type from the webform as a specific choice in this field then I want a sales email to be sent automatically. This will only be for certain inquiry types as others require manual review, but some inquiries can have automatic emails generated. The sales template for these emails is already created. There are 6 inquiry types that I would need the auto-generated sales email sent.

This should be a relatively quick workflow/macro setup for any experienced zoho expert.
