We need CRM system with Lead Conversion and Inventory Forecast
-) min 3 years in developing website using latest version of Laravel or CodeIgniter

-) Produce clean code which easily to be scaled in the code
Here are the modules that we need:
1. Sales activity
-) Sales include their daily report, customer name and contact details, project details, next follow up, progress in percentages for closing order
2. Leads conversion
-) In this process, we usually receive inquiry from customer through sales, and sales will info to the sales admin to make a bid and so far we never measure quotation how many percentage is closing become an order. At the moment, we manually create a report in excel.
-) We need 1 module, for sales admin / sales can directly make quotation from the module and can directly sent to customer.
-) After that, the sales team must update whether the quotation become an order, waiting or lose.
By having this module we can see the conversion rate. We will distinguish that this conversion rate for existing customers or new customers.
-) For customers who repeat orders, without going through quotation, will also keep input to the ordering system.
3. Status of Order
-) Based on the incoming order either through quotation or repeat order, then the sales admin will enter the estimated delivery time for the PO. Every sales team can see that info in the system. They can schedule to order them when the plan is delivered to the customer.
The PO can be monitored until the order can be sent in full or partial
4. Sales forecast
-) Each sales can enter their sales forecast into the system, either in the form of contract or customer who will buy regularly every month. Item and quantity
5. Inventory planning
Based on the sales forecast entered by the sales, the purchasing team can do the order plan for the item.
Each item must be completed with lead time and stock buffer. We can categorise the type of goods in 3 categories: fast, middle, slow moving. This will determine the required stock buffer
6. Sales forecast review
From sales forecast which has been done, we can compare with sales realisation, therefore we can rate every sales percentage of sales forecast which has been submitted.
Note: no need to develop from scratch, just use CRM script that can be bought and expand from there.
