Custom guessing game website php MySQL

Hi,
I am wanting to have a website that requires login and would need to have the ability for social login.
The website is for users to guess the 5 digit code to unlock the safe. All users would be guessing for the same code. It needs to restrict the user to only allow them to make 1 guess per day. The time limit will reset every 24 hours. If the user guesses once within a 24 hr and they try to guess again, a page or message needs to be displayed that explains only one try per day or link to purchase more tries for the 24 hr period.
There needs to be an option to sell codes to allow the user to have extra options per day. The user enters the code we provide or sell them to allow them to have more attempts.
When a user guesses correctly, a winner page must be displayed. When a user guesses correctly, the system needs to send the admin an email notify them of the winner.
We need to have a page that will display how many guesses the current game has had so far.
We need the system to record the IP address of the user who registers and guesses.
I would like this to be done in PHP and MySQL and whatever else you may require.
