We have this help desk software installed on our server and its working, but we need to have it customized.
This is what we need:
- Overall - Need to have all tickets created under "projects" meaning all tickets have to be related to a project. We need to be able to create a project and create tickets for that particular project. Right now there are tickets only.
- Admin area: Need to be able to create projects and under that tickets in admin area not visible to others, but with the option to make them visible to other employees/members if we decide to. Her ewe still need the same features as there are for current tickets, including uploading, updating, deleting etc.
- Need to be able to create projects and under projects the option to create trouble tickets that are listed under that particular project. All ticket should be listed under projects!
- Need to be able to email client direct from admin area with updates/questions regarding that particular project, without having the client to register and receive replies that are logged and tracked and become part of this project/ticket.
- Need to be able to CC and BCC for emails/replies
- Change admin login name
- Need to be able to assign projects to members or employees, need to have all other features that are currently available for tickets.
