Customize a social network script written in PHP, Smarty, Ajax, HTML 5, Bootstrap, Javascript &JQuery (Sngine Script)

Hi. I am looking to get some customization work done on my PHP, Smarty script. We would like a few features added i.e. Fortumo payments, an ad system like facebook ads, encounters like on badoo, people nearby using GPS and a few clean ups required for the script like adding more search fields to the people search form. Our script uses smarty templates and php and ajax for logic and this is a standard that we would like to remain strict on as such skill in all these three technologies is required.
