Go Daddy to HostGator new host no site

Need to have my Captcha changed (To many people have issues with it), I would like to add a couple new pages, add a link for Facebook. Also I will need easy access to edit the pricing page for when we have price changes etc.

It is currently hosted on Go Daddy. I don't know much more about the language it's in etc., had built here of Freelancer and needs a major clean up.
Also need on every page an app store link for our app and the program to that page (We have an app via third party)

This sign up page is probably better then my current [login to view URL] this is a better sign up page then mine. Doesn't have to be this just giving thoughts/ideas.
Look for suggestions and pricing for it.
I believe the site is in Joomla, lets change it to WordPress as that will make it easier to move to new host as well.
Need it mobile friendly.
Also SEO friendly or whatever makes it SEO.
OR you can take/look at what's on Go Daddy and just start from scratch on HostGator.
I am not an expert so in your details let me know what you recommend, and complete pricing.
Lastly no hurry but my Go daddy hosting ends around the 28th if you need anything from my old site/cpanel.
