I'm looking for someone who can fix database problem while upgrading Wordpress version from 2.2 to 2.3 (the blog showing weird fonts like ???)
I'm an owner of wordpress blog (Thai Language) which previously hosted on a shared web-hosting in US. Few days ago I decided to move my blog to host on a new host in Thailand. The problem occurs while I dumped the database from US host and imported to Thai host, the blog on Thai host showing weird fonts, many of '?' are displaying in place of Thai characters.
I've tried to convert DB myself (changing charset, encoding, collation to UTF8) but it seem useless.
Hired will be given a dumped SQL file containing non-edited data from US hosting.
Work must be tested to make sure that everything running fine before submitting it (You might need to make your PC able to read Thai to test your work)
