I have a subscription company and need to be able to do the following (all on my iphone):
1) When a client subscribes, I need to be able to fill out a quick form (as the one attached). This one pre-populates certain items after I fill in the info - you can see in the excel file (VBA). I need it to do the same. For instance once I know the age, the excel file tells me what pre-set box to pack and also the birthday month gets highlighted.
2) I need to be able to move the client from "active" to "cancelled" at the click of a button. Right now I print this sheet out and move it from active to cancelled in a physical folder. I need to be able to do that on my phone.
3) When it is time to send the client his/her monthly box, I need to be able to scan each item (they all have bar-codes) with my phone and have the database show what I packed for the client this month. It should also check for duplicates so I don't send the client the same item.
4) At the same time I need it to keep track of inventory. I have a Excel file with each item I have currently along with each item's bar-code. Ideally when I scan an item for a client's box, it should subtract 1 from that items total in my inventory. It should alert me when I am low.
