Database Incorporation

I am currently building a small car company's website. I need to have a database that the owner can put the car information into and upload into the page, as he has a small budget and high turnover on his lot. All web design will be done by me, and I require the use of MySQL as the database. I will need you to integrate the database into the already created page. Database needs to be accessible through a secure and easily navigable online interface.
The requirements for the page are as follows:
• Ability to upload 1 picture per listing
o Picture will then need to automatically be sized to 150 x 150 & 300 x 300
o First picture (150 x 150) will be on the listing page
o Second picture (300 x 300) will be on the detail page
o The detail page needs to open in a new window
• Ability to switch from current inventory page to past inventory page when vehicles are sold
• Database will list vehicles from lowest to highest price
• Six vehicles per listing page, automatically making a new page when more than that (with navigation on bottom)
• Clickability from listing page to Detail page (opens new smaller window)
The database MUST BE MySQL and be able to operate in a Linux environment..
