Dating website with auction/bidding - open to bidding

I am looking to build a dating website that is something similar to [url removed, login to view] but different. It will need to have something that members can make an offer and applicants will apply if they like the offer or they have the option to ask for more money. Once the members chooses his favourite applicant clicks accept and than they will be able to contact eachother. Thats when a connection fee will be charged from his credit card as well.
