The 100 Days Triathlon challenge involves 3 sports, running, cycling and swimming, and we have pre-defined a specific minimum distance that needs to be covered in each sport.

Running: 2 KM

Cycling: 10 KM

Swimming: 250 Metres

Level 1: Uni- sport challenge

In this level, you have to do any of the three sports (running, cycling or swimming) every day for 100 days. There is no upper limit but the minimum distance for your chosen sport has to be done.

For ex: If you choose running on day 1 you must run for a minimum 2 KMs on that day. If you choose cycling on day 2, you must cycle for a minimum of 10 KMs on that day and if you choose swimming on day 3, you must swim for minimum 250 Metres on that day.

You can keep switching between the exercises as per your comfort.

Level 2: Duathlon challenge

To qualify for the Duathlon finisher title, you have to do a duathlon once a week, by combining two sports from running, cycling and swimming. You can switch between the 2 sports according to your comfort level and targets.

To give you an example, for 6 out of 7 days in a week, you can choose to do any of three sports by covering their minimum distance, but 1 day (which could be any day of the week), you have to do a duathlon. It could be a combination of swimming + cycling or running + cycling or cycling + swimming.

Level 3: Triathlon challenge

To qualify for the Triathlon finisher title, you have to do a Triathlon once a week where you minimum run for 2 km, cycle for 10 Km and swim for 250 meters. To give you an example, for 6 out of 7 days in a week, you can choose to do any of three sports by covering their minimum distance, but 1 day (which could be any day of the week), you have to do the complete the Triathlon.
