Project would be the simple as we are planning to launch a Consumer Electronic Appliance Maintenance, Repairs,Recycle and E-Wastage support through our service channel.
There are 3 Users logins on mobile application.
1st is Customer (User) Logins
2nd is Technician or Electrical appliance service person login
3rd would be the Administration who will manage and handle the application issues from backend
Process i will explain you below and if any issues just ask me for more details.
Customer will register on our application for there own electronic appliance repair,maintenance, recycle, exchange offers & E-Wastage purpose.
Once customer will log a complaint through 3 easy clicks. the call should go via GPS detection to our tie-up nearest Technician and as well as alert our Call center team for tracking and following for the services.
after logging the service call available technician 3-4 Km radio will reach the customers home within 2hours and complete the call and enter the appropriate data against customer.
After completing the service work customer will pay online through online payment transaction.
Customer can see the appliance repair history including genuine parts records and in frond of customer genuine parts will opened and installed same data will be technician will enter against customer account into the mobile app.
Customer will see the appliance maintenance alert and notification,exchange offers & E-Wastage collection information.
Technician will join and tieup with our services and agree the terms which we will provide regarding the services. on every service call according to the prices company decide he will get 70% commission against there successfully completed calls in there account on monthly basis.
Positive or fast response, behavior with customer will give him more incentives on monthly basis accordingly his monthly report.
Technician will immediately receive the customer service call data including customer mobile number, name , address and problem information.
Technician needs to reach the customers location before 2 hours as per our standard policies.
Quality work we will provide so need to create one service call form where technician will enter the service call information for customers history tracking as well as for call centers future reference because on this data we will give guarantee 100 Days free services if the same issue will raise again.
The cost will company bare and we will deduct money from technicians account in future on partially basis.
technician will enter genuine parts data for warranty and customers records without fail if required the parts change.
Technician will log and update there present,absent or week off entries for backend process to understand which areas technician available for the services.
Admin module will work as a superpower user and take care the backend work.
