WP designer & developer wanted for long term cooperation -- 2

I am looking for a WordPress designer and developer to work with me on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in customizing WP websites with popular WP themes (including theme editors) and popular WP plugins, being good at website maintenance etc.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress
- Proven experience in website maintenance
- Ability to customize themes and using plugins to realize functionalities
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to details, result oriented and ability to meet deadlines
The long term job will be about several B2B WP sites, and planning to create tens of other tiny stores in the style of "one core product + a few related products".
There are a lot of great WP themes which we can use to build a site within minutes, and then you will need to customize the site based on the products and required style of the site (you may suggest) with existing materials (coming together with the theme or you google it or bring it from your own resources). So, it's not as creative as designing from scratch (for example an original logo), but still require certain creativity (website style, functionalities via plugin, promotion banners, menu layout and content, call to action designing, funnel process, etc.). It's like you are running and maintaining the whole site on your own. I will mainly decide what products to sell in the site and you should have the ability to do all the rest. Please make sure that's something you are confident you can deal with.
