A. We need to develop an EMR (Electronic Medical Record). Initially, the plan was to implement OpenEMR ([login to view URL]) but since it's an open source solution, we thought that it might have security & performance challenges in the long run. So we're looking for a custom development solution with all the features currently in use by OpenEMR.
B. To get started, we need to create an EMR like Aprima. Below are the features of the Aprima EMR:
1. Appointment Management
2. Billing Management
3. Clinical Workflow
4. Document Management
5. Lab Integration
6. Medical Templates
7. Patient History
8. Patient Portal
9. Referrals
10. Reporting and Analytics
11. Scheduling
12. Voice Recognition
C. Interface designing required for the EMR based upon all the Aprima functionalities.
I'm looking only for professionals who have experience in developing EMR solutions from scratch and IF YOU HAVE THE EXPERIENCE, then please provide me a module wise hourly estimate for all the features mentioned above.
I also understand that developing an EMR is a long term project and the hours to be quoted may be high in number which is okay. That's the reason, I need the detailed hourly estimate for budgeting purpose and get started with the project at the earliest.
